Prestige Real Estate Services LLC has an application process that includes a credit check and background check. The application fee is $25 per Applicant and can be paid using the CREDIT APPLICATION Form available. Anyone 18 and over will need to have a report ran.

Background check will be performed at same time as initial credit check. We are required to approve applicants prior to any property showings. The minimum accepted credit score is 620 for a single security deposit. If you have between a 600-620 then a double security deposit is required, IF or when the property owner approves of a higher risk option.

Properties are shown by appointment only. Credit and Rental history approval required prior to viewing.

Application Process for Leasing One of Our Properties

Step 1

Fully complete and return the Rental Application along with the application fee. $25 per Applicant(s).

Step 2

When your application is approved, a Prestige Real Estate Services LLC Property Manager will contact you to schedule an appointment to view the property. If the property is occupied, we have to give the tenant notice prior in order to show the property. Showings are scheduled Monday – Friday from 8am until 4:30 pm.

Step 3

Prior to signing a lease, we are required to verify your employment, your housing payment history and perform a background check.

Step 4

Monthly Rental payments can be drafted (ACH) from a bank account of your choice. Security deposits/Hold fees are due at lease signing, and can be paid by certified funds/money order, drafted from a bank account, or paid by credit card once the lease has been entered. 1st month's rent and pet fees are due at move in, and can be paid by certified funds/money order, drafted from your bank account or paid by credit card online, as well). If paying by certified funds/money order, please make payable to Prestige Real Estate Services.
