Prestige Real Estate Services LLC has an application process that includes a credit check and background check. The application fee is $50 and can be paid using the CREDIT APPLICATION Form available.

Background check will be performed at same time as initial credit check. We are required to approve applicants prior to any property showings. The minimum accepted credit score is 620 for a single security deposit. If you have between a 600-620 then a double security deposit is required, IF or when the property owner approves of a higher risk option.

Properties are shown by appointment only. Credit and Rental history approval required prior to viewing.

Application Process for Leasing One of Our Properties

Step 1

Fully complete and return the Rental Application along with the $50 application fee.

Step 2

When your application is approved, a Prestige Real Estate Services LLC Property Manager will contact you to schedule an appointment to view the property. If the property is occupied, we have to give the tenant notice prior in order to show the property. Showings are scheduled Monday – Friday from 8am until 4:30 pm.

Step 3

Prior to signing a lease, we are required to verify your employment, your housing payment history and perform a background check.

Step 4

All rental payments are automatically deducted (ACH) from a bank account of your choice, (Except: Hold Fee/Security Deposit is due AT LEASE SIGNING. 1st month's rent and pet fees are due at move in, not auto drafted).
These payments need to be in the form of certified funds/money order made payable to Prestige Real Estate Services.

We DO NOT accept credit or debit cards for rental payments.
